Phase 2 turns the database foundation into a usable web ERP for the day-to-day security company workflow.

- Contract register with lifecycle status and billing cycle
- Site master with client/contract linkage and GPS coordinates
- Guard/employee registration with licence and screening fields
- Roster/shift creation and operational shift register
- Attendance register connected to shifts and guards
- Incident register with severity/status KPIs
- Placeholders wired for Tracking, Patrols, Payroll, Billing and Assets/Fleet
- CSRF protection and permission checks on new forms
- Audit entries for core create/update actions
- Added contracts and attendance permissions to the schema

### Important
This is still an incremental enterprise build. The next phases add the full control-room experience, post/manpower planning, guard assignments/replacements, native mobile/offline synchronization, patrol QR/NFC workflows, GPS/geofence alerts, SOS escalation, compliance, payroll calculation, client portal and finance.
